Who We Are

Rey – Director & Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Rey graduated with honours in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tasmania in 2020, then moved to Brisbane to build hands-on experience across private clinics, mobile services and aged care. He worked with people managing injuries, chronic conditions and mental health challenges, gaining a broad, practical skill set.



In late 2023, Rey returned to Hobart to start his own practice and offer a more personal, down-to-earth approach to care.


He has a strong interest in shoulder injuries, mental health and complex pain. This is shaped by his own experience with multiple shoulder injuries during uni. He’s currently completing a graduate certificate in pain to keep expanding his knowledge.


Outside the clinic, you’ll find Rey at the gym, on the golf course, working on cars or listening to audiobooks, usually with friends or family close by.
